President Commissioner
Kgs. H. Hermansyah Mastari, S.E., M.Si.
Hermansyah Mastari is a prominent Indonesian entrepreneur from South Sumatra, well-known for his leadership in business organizations and his dedication to empowering regional economic growth. He graduated from Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, majoring in Business and Management.
Since 2022, he has served as the Chairman of the Regional Board (BPD) of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) – South Sumatra Province, where he plays a vital role in fostering young entrepreneurs and strengthening the local business ecosystem. In 2024, he was also appointed as Chairman of the Barisan Pengusaha Pejuang (BPP) South Sumatra by Bobby Nasution.
In addition to his organizational roles, Hermansyah currently serves as the President Director of PT Steel Mining Indonesia, a company engaged in the mining and industrial sector. Under his direction, the company emphasizes sustainable resource management, innovation, and strategic collaboration to support industrial development in Indonesia.
Through his leadership at HIPMI South Sumatra and PT Steel Mining Indonesia, Hermansyah continues to promote international business cooperation. He has initiated trade and investment partnerships with several countries such as Qatar, Egypt, the United States, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia — aiming to expand export opportunities for South Sumatra’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
President Director
Ir. Arifiyanto Kemala Hayat, S.T., M.M., IPM.
Arifiyanto Kemala Hayat serves as the President Director of PT Cocoindo Bumi Sriwijaya, a company engaged in the processing and export of coconut derivative products. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (S.T.) and a Master of Management (M.M.) degree, and is a certified professional engineer (Ir., IPM – Insinyur Profesional Madya).
With a solid background in mining engineering and industrial management, he is recognized as a visionary leader with a strong focus on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable business growth. Prior to leading PT Cocoindo Bumi Sriwijaya, he gained extensive experience in the national mining and industrial sectors, including roles in mine planning, human resource development, and oversight of strategic projects.
Beyond his corporate role, Arifiyanto Kemala Hayat actively collaborates with academic institutions and professional organizations such as PERHAPI, contributing to the development of young professionals in the industrial and energy sectors.
Director
Noor Ishmatuddin, S.IP.
He completed Bachelor’s degree in Governmental Science (S.IP.) from Indo Global Mandiri University (UIGM) Palembang in 2022.
In the field of politics, Noor Ishmatuddin is recognized as one of the youngest and most promising political figures in Banyuasin Regency. At only 22 years old, he was elected as a Member of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Banyuasin Regency and later appointed as Vice Chairman of DPRD Banyuasin for the 2019–2024 term. Within the political party structure, he also holds the position of Secretary of the Gerindra Party Branch (DPC) of Banyuasin for the 2021–2026 period.
Beyond his role in politics, Noor Ishmatuddin has expanded his professional career into the private sector. He currently serves as Director of PT Cocoindo Bumi Sriwijaya, a company engaged in the processing and export of coconuts and their derivative products. Under his leadership, PT Cocoindo Bumi Sriwijaya strives to develop Indonesia’s coconut industry through modern, efficient, and sustainable business practices, supporting local farmers and contributing to the growth of the national export economy.
